I am Joshua Shepanski, Sole Proprietor via Shepanski’s Contracting. I am insured through Erie Niagara with a million dollar liability policy and I am EPA Lead Renovate Right certified.
My background includes: local vocation machining school, multiple Naval engineering schools, and an associates and bachelors degree.
Why Painting? Its a simple trade but demands patience. I really enjoy the process of going through a project and then applying what i learned to the next project to make an efficient system over time. Every painting project is unique, making for new challenges and learning all of which i find very motivating.
Painting is what I have been doing since I was honorably discharged from the Navy and started college in 2008. Since then, I have logged thousands of hours upon hundreds of jobs breaking the journeyman’s 10,000 hour mark. I have been painting full time since 2012.
I hope to continue growing in this journey of becoming a professional tradesman and businessman. i would love to see what i do for you in your next painting project.

This is Stacy Head (Dunn). We are looking to paint our house come spring. Its a 1920s boxy colonial with cedar siding. We will need it repainting white. I wondered if you could give me a ballpark price on the cost of the paint job so that we can make sure to save the right amount. I also wondered what you might charge to paint our kitchen cabinets.
